To encourage
Hospitality Mutual clients to provide their employees with effective security training,
Hospitality Mutual has approved a rate discount of 50% percent off the cost of
the assault-and-battery endorsement for insureds when 100% of management
and at least 75% of non-management staff obtain certification in an approved
security training program. To receive the discount, the insured must submit
a list of management and non-management staff (whether or not certified),
along with certificates for 100% of management and 75% of non-management
servers at the time the policy is written. This discount will not be applied
to the minimum earned premium for the policy. Approved programs currently
include:
